Last Day to Book Hotel: Tuesday, July 21, 2026
Once registered for the event, you will receive the room block link in your confirmation email. Due to limited availability, only CCHRCO Board and Committee Members are allowed to book room stays prior to the start date - Check in Sunday, August 23, 2026. This is a first-come, first-served basis. Hotel cancellations must be received 14 days prior to the reservation start date, otherwise a $25 cancellation fee from the hotel will apply.

Exhibitor/Vendor Registration Fee includes booth with drapery, 6 ft table, two chairs, covers & skirts, small sign and full credentials for two representatives.
